Alexa Demie, a famous American actress is best known for portraying the complex and strong the character Maddy Perez on the HBO drama series Euphoria. It was a huge hit, and one of HBO's most viewed shows. The series revolved around the addiction and use of drugs by teens as well as how they recovered. Alexa felt a connection to the story since she herself grew up witnessing the high levels of drug abuse that were prevalent within her own neighborhood.
